Question I have misplaced my owners manual and want to remove the trimmer head which is currently on the unit and install the cutting blade. I have locked the head but is it simply a matter of "reefing" on the trimmer head to get it off?
Answer Hello Tony:
The Word "Reefing' Lost me. Sorry. Anyway If you Lock the Trimmer Shaft from Turning, then Turn the Trimmer Head in the Same Direction Of Operation to Remove the Head from the Gear Box. Go to this Site Addy, http://www3.sears.com/ and Enter the Model Numbers in the Upper Left Search Box and Click Go. Then Visually Verify the Equipment and CLick Continue. From this Page you can View Diagrams or Parts Lists for you Equipment. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
Good Luck
Respectfully
John
