Question Have you installed one of these? 24755135S Part no. , supposedly, it prevents air from building up in the lifters and eliminates the intake lifter tick that comes and goes once the engine heats up. I'll buy one if the thing works, but want to know more first. Thanks,
JR
Answer Hello John:
Sorry. I have Not Ever Used One. I have Found that Proper Maintenance and Using SAE 30 Synthetic Oil Quiets the Lifter Noise. I have Heard of and Worked on Engines with this and I can Tell No Difference Between the Engines with it and those Without it. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
