i m having a carb problem and would like to know the factory settings on a 8hp tecumseh its about 7years old its on a snowblower. it runs but very rough please help.

Answer
george , the setting are from start as i do  is turn air and fuel mixture needles in until seated.  back out one and one quarter turns each.
start engine a tweak them as needed.  fuel maybe a quarter turn more, should not be less.
idle screw as best suits you.  air which is one on the side, should not be more then one and one half turns out from seat.
