Question
My Craftsman Chainsaw won't start.  I've tries a new plug, but it doesn't even fire.  any ideas of where to start?  Thanks,  Ricky

Answer
Hi Ricky,

Check for spark at the plug.  If none, check the kill switch.  If that's good, replace the ignition coil.
If you have spark, look for the cause of the lack of fuel flow.  If the saw has been sitting, the carb may be gummed up with old fuel.

Let me know how you make out.
Michael
