Question
The model # is 13AM663F352 and the serial # is 1E152B80304.  How do we get
the spring off to drop the mower deck?

Answer
You should not have a spring to remove to remove the deck. If you do your releasing the deck from the wrong place. The spring you are talking about is on the Bracket the Rear of the mower. If it has been attached wrong take a piece of Safety wire and hook the end of the spring and pull. Then lower away from bracket.  Hope this helps.

 Good Luck
