what is the reference to jesus in the song about, where it goes "i can not be saved"

Well, Billy Corgan has never been one to give an exact meaning to any of his songs, often leaving them open for fan interpretation, but he has been known to create lyrics with spritual overtones.  The reference to Jesus that youre speaking of is this:

"Tell me Im the only one.
Tell me theres no other one.
Jesus was an only son
Tell me Im the chosen one.
Jesus was an only son for you.
Despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage
And I still believe that I cannot be saved."

Im not 100% sure of the meaning, since its not my lyrics, hehe.  Its totally open to however you want to interpret it.  ^_^

Personally, my favorite album is Siamese Dream.  Its the album that the band had just released before I first heard of them.  My favorite song?  Hmm.. thats a bit harder.  I like lots of the songs.  Bury, Snail, Quiet, Rocket, Hello Kitty Kat, Bodies, Tear, For Martha, Stand Inside Your Love.
