I was wondering just how many people had composed the crew behind the Smashing Pumpkins. Also, what were all of their names. thanks, Nicole

There were 4 original founding members of the Smashing Pumpkins.
Billy Corgan
D'arcy Wretzky
James Iha
Jimmy Chamberlin
In 1999, D'arcy left the Smashing Pumpkins. She was permanently replaced by Melissa Auf Der Mar, the bassist from Hole. Melissa remained a member of the Smashing Pumpkins until their breakup in 2001.
