AboutPaul Expertise I can answer specific questions about colubrid snakes (kingsnakes, milksnakes, corn snakes, and Eastern Indigos). I can also answer general question regarding husbandry (feeding, shedding, housing) for most other types of snakes.
I am not an expert in boas or ball pythons so you might consider asking one of the other experts specific questions about these.

Question My red tailed boa has been shedding for at least a month now. Is there any type of way i could help him taking it off? he did have a pretty nice wound that showed a lot of his muscle but i think wither way he should be at least be trying to take it off but hes not. What could i do??
Answer First off, if he had a wound like you are describing he should probably be seen by a vet.
In terms of helping him to shed, you can try some damp sphagnum moss inside of his cage. But if it has been a long time and the skin is stuck to him, try rubbing some mineral oil on it. That should help the shed to come off.
