Subject: white tongue

Question
i have an albino boa its tongue is white is this natural.if not what can be done

Answer
In my experience, it is normal. When you breed for color morphs, it is not uncommon for an odd trait to come out in the young. After all, the color morph itself is a recessive trait that humans have dubbed as desirable. I once had a leucistic Texas rat snake with blue eyes. Enjoy your snakes unique qualities.
