Question
How long after a birthday/anniversary can a card be sent? I have received some up to 2 months after an occasion.

Dear Roxie:
Great question! The nuance is lost after a week. A belated card can safely be sent up to two weeks after but after that, it reads as "I was just too busy to remember you." If you are ever the one who has done the forgetting, you would be better served to call the person and give them the gift of your time as well as the belated wishes.
