Is it appropriate to send out birth announcements for the birth of a baby born to an unmarried teenager?

Answer
Dear Beth,
If she is keeping the child and wants to announce it's
arrival then she absolutely should. Even if the baby did
not 'begin' under the most ideal of circumstances,a new
life is always worth celebrating.
