I am sending a letter to a gentleman and his wife.  The wife is a medical doctor.  What is the proper way to address the envelope?

Mr. and Dr. Jim Jones or Mr. Jim Jones and Dr. Jennifer Jones?

The address should read as follows:
            Mr.Jim Jones
            Dr.Jennifer Jones
            123 Indiana Avenue
            Bloomington,Indiana
                            etcetc
