Question
I attended a professional boundaries the other day and they said its important to keep personal life and work life separate. Just wondering when a service user/ client asks you about your own personal life then how do say that you cannot answer the question?

Answer
Dear Zoe

I agree with this constraint. You need to handle it carefully.  You do need to share your personal info in brief as it gives the client confidence to open up and trust you. But avoid sharing much details or become passionate while sharing. You share/use as little as possible to reach out to your client and satisfy the inquisitiveness of your client.

Hope that helps
