Question
What is the result(s) if a fielder intentionally throws his/her glove at a fly ball. And either hits the ball or not.            #2 question   Is there a such rule that allows a pitcher to be off pitching rubber while delivering pitch. Safety an/or inclement weather is not an issue.

Answer
Throwing the glove at the ball and not hitting it is nothing.  Throw the glove and hitting it is a three base award.

A pitcher must be in contact with the rubber at the beginning of the pitch.  Some rulesets say one foot, some say both.  Neither foot has to be in contact with the rubber at the release of the pitch in any ruleset.
