I can answer questions about the best way(s) to start-up a slow-pitch recreational softball team, playing strategies, how to improve your team's game (or your personal game), and how to adapt to personnel issues with your team. I do not answer questions pertaining to fast-pitch.
Experience
I have been playing/coaching/umpiring softball for over ten years now. I play on multiple teams every year, mostly co-ed. Some teams require the males to bat opposite-handed as well. Every year all of the teams I play on regularly get better and better.
