Hey there I was wondering if you could answer this for me, There is a Visa described here:

and then Here:

are they both still active as my wife is south african and i am going for 5 motnhs with kids but returning to USA. I got the first one listed back in 2004, and i want to know if i can still get it?

Hi Sadi

This information looks as little out of date but you do qualify for what they call a spousal permit. You can find details on it here http://www.intergate-immigration.com/spousal-permits-visa-immigration-south-afri...

The spousal permit can be endorsed to allow you to work, run a business or indeed study. They are normally issued for around 3 years.
