Question Hmm..decisions,decisions...."Green Valley" or "Red Mountain" in Utah
I think I have narrowed my decision down to two.......
Has anyone had any experiences with or know anything about these 2 fitness spas? I am looking to "jump start" a fitness program & a weight loss program..... with a bit of pampering. I want to spend 7-8 days in late March. I will be travelling solo. The nutrition & weight loss program at Green Valley ( The Body Code ) looks intriguing, but I can't tell if the spa is full of "gimmicks" & a bunch of "new age" stuff. The rooms look nicer at Green Valley.... but is the location of Red Mountain and fitness program better ? Green Valley costs more... is it worth paying more? Do you get a more individualized program at Green Valley? (I am not interested in the golf or tennis lessons there). Thanks for any advice!
p.s. (I also checked into RanchoLaPuerta..but there are no openings for March)

I have not been to either of them, but do have a friend who loves Green Valley (she has not been to Red Mountain). I suggest you post this question on the Spa Site Forum at http://spas.about.com/mpboards.htm
Perhaps some of the other viewers of the Spa Site can provide some first hand experiences.
