Question
I am very interested in the hcg injections for weight loss.  I have been reading a lot on the program but nowhere have I found if it's safe or even recommended while taking prescription meds.  I am 43 years old.  I take Prilosec for an ulcer and blood pressure medication. I would really appreciate  any imput from you. Thanks

Answer
Nery,
Unfortunately, hcg injections don't help you lose weight. The only people pretending that it works are-big shocker-the same people trying to sell it.
Hcg injections are also extraordinarly dangerous in people with high blood pressure, and can cause rapid and unsafe increases in your blood pressure.
There are some safer alternatives, and you can talk to your doctor about whether you're a candidate for a drug like metformin.
Sorry!
