QUESTION: Food Combining?
Have you heard of it?

Answer
Barry,
Lots of diet experts (some good, some fakers) have advanced many different theories of food combining over the years. The Zone diet is probably the most popular. I have no idea which food combining plan you've stumbled upon, but if you tell me, then I can tell you if I've heard of it.
