I have carbohydrate (suar/glucose intolerance) and I increased my calories...its been helpful...I started the "big breakfast diet"...written by an endocrinologist for women with these issues. Most women like us eat so little to try to lose weight, and sometimes we exercise do hard...and wevruin our metabolism. The big b diet works with the way our hormones work...I'm no longer in a carb craving cycle! Sooo helpful. Best to you! !
