AboutRawPalaeoGuy Expertise I can answer most questions on Raw Animal Food Diets such as the Primal Diet, an organic, raw-meat-based diet and a number of similiar all-raw or partially raw Paleolithic diets, such as the Instincto, Weston-Price, Neanderthin, Paleo and Stefansson Diets. Can also offer advice on
how to resist social pressure to eat cooked foods etc. For further info on Raw-Animal-Food diets, feel free to browse through this website:-

Experience I have been 8 years on a 99%+ raw version of the Palaeolithic Diet and experienced numerous health benefits as a result, being fully recovered from my previous symptoms from my cooked-food days. My own individualised raw, paleolithic diet routine is mostly based on Aajonus Vonderplanitz's Primal Diet(ie 99% raw, usage of "high-meat",no processed supplements, using primarily naturally-reared, organic or wild sources of raw foods) but, for personal reasons, I have also been, to some extent, influenced by ideas from:- Instincto(ie:- taste/instinct,no raw dairy/no raw veggie juice), Weston-Price(eg: preferring grassfed meat to grainfed meat, incorporating a wide variety of raw organ-meats into my diet along with the usual muscle-meats, and Vilhjalmur Stefansson(high-fat diet, pretty high proportion of (raw) animal food), but also eating some raw carbohydrates such as raw organic/wild fruit/veg/honeycomb etc.). I'm also a firm believer in the feast-and-famine idea (ie Intermittent Fasting) as regards boosting one's energy levels, and giving my body a rest from constant digestion.

Question 1. Im irshad and ive been following a high fat/protein diet, either raw or slightly cooked, for about 2 months. Im feeling so great because my blood-sugar is so stable, i have been a pre-diabetic. and ive non-alcoholic fatty lever.
However, Im not reducing. and Im fat somewhat, im 6'1'' and my waist is about44-5. ie have a big enough belly. how to reduce? I guess by increasing fat and reudcing protein. Right?
2. Im getting a little bit of chest uncomfortableness that is probably a precursor to pain. Its noit improving even after 2 months of this high protein-fat diet (a large amount already raw). What to do?
3. If high meat is good, why not spoiled meat? Can i eat spoiled meat that ahs been spoiled by keeping it out of the fridge?
Answer My suggestion would be for you to add back some more raw carbs to see if that works. Not everyone can do zero-carb successfully - others suggest adding salt to make up for not being able to get hold of the blood as butchers routinely and unaturally drain the meats(I hope you're eating high-quality GRASSFED meats(eg:- organic or just raised without growth-hormones and similiar chemicals) - eating grainfed meats, even raw or only lightly-cooked, is not a good idea.
By all means try reducing protein/increasing fat, it's worth a try, I guess.
Re chest-pains:- Do they occur after you've eaten the slightly-cooked meats. If so, they could be detox. I generally experience very mild detox on the rare occasions I eat cooked-foods(I'm 99% raw) - (at the start of the diet, I would get chronic stomach-pains after eating any cooked-animal food, but, fortunately, the raw diet helped repiar my digestive system).
This is a rather long shot, but I should mention that before I started the raw animal food diet, I also had huge problems re losing weight, having a huge belly. While staying slim was virtually impossible on a cooked-diet without starving myself with constant fasting, I found it easier to stay slim on a raw-animal-food diet. In hindsight, I suspect that at least part of the reason for my inability to lose weight on a cooked-diet was that I had various serious adrenal(and thyroid-)-related health-problems pre-raw diet - according to Aajonus, cooked-diets can really foul up one's glands, and I tend to agree, given my own experience. I would suggest, therefore, that you buy raw glands, particularly raw adrenals or raw thyroid from local farms. If you can't get them from farms, there is a rather expensive) website which sells genuinely raw glandular and organ supplements without any artificial fillers/trans-fats etc.:-
The thing is that a raw, low-carb diet mostly results in less weight(provided one isn't drinking raw dairy), so an inability to lose weight is most likely a glandular thing.
Re spoiled raw meat:- I have eaten that in the past, but I've never experienced the kind of rush of energy and concentration that comes after eating real "high-meat". Though eating spoiled meat will give you a little more bacteria than fresh, raw meat - (in order to get used to eating real "high-meat" I started off with eating spoiled raw meat, so it might be useful for you as a transitional stage).
Lastly, I'm a great believer in the idea of "Like Cures Like" - so since you mention problems with diabetes and liver-issues, I would strongly suggest that you look around for raw pancreas and raw liver as well(from grassfed sources of course).
