Experience I have been 8 years on a 99%+ raw version of the Palaeolithic Diet and experienced numerous health benefits as a result, being fully recovered from my previous symptoms from my cooked-food days. My own individualised raw, paleolithic diet routine is mostly based on Aajonus Vonderplanitz's Primal Diet(ie 99% raw, usage of "high-meat",no processed supplements, using primarily naturally-reared, organic or wild sources of raw foods) but, for personal reasons, I have also been, to some extent, influenced by ideas from:- Instincto(ie:- taste/instinct,no raw dairy/no raw veggie juice), Weston-Price(eg: preferring grassfed meat to grainfed meat, incorporating a wide variety of raw organ-meats into my diet along with the usual muscle-meats, and Vilhjalmur Stefansson(high-fat diet, pretty high proportion of (raw) animal food), but also eating some raw carbohydrates such as raw organic/wild fruit/veg/honeycomb etc.). I'm also a firm believer in the feast-and-famine idea (ie Intermittent Fasting) as regards boosting one's energy levels, and giving my body a rest from constant digestion.

Question ive been eating raw for around two years but from time to time feel exausted.
been eating more 'primal" for around two months and feel pretty good but it
is near impossible for me to stop eating carbs. im 18 years old, and eat a lot
of salad and fruit. also dairy which i kno you are not to fond of. im addicted
to the dairy fruit and greens. also to meat which i eat almost a pound of a
day including eggs. do you think my energy would increase if i cut out carbs,
and ate more meat? how long would it take to notice a difference, maybe the
next day. i know these are hard questions to answer because they might be
different for the individual . but you seem like you know what your talking
about and any advice would be of great help and i would appreciate it a lot. i
enjoy organs but have a hard time finding them unless i go hunting which is
only around once a month. thanks for your time
Answer The best thing to stop overeating is to eat lots of raw animal fats(not from raw dairy or raw eggs as those are not ideal foods and dairy is too addictive - people who depend on those for the majority of their fat-intake don't generally do well, healthwise). Examples of raw animal fats include tongue(only c.50-60(?)% fat but still good), suet and marrow from grassfed/organic(or wild) animals - also hide-fat is fine if you can get it. Eating this sort of animal-fat will quickly reduce your appetite - eat it before other foods. So, first go for animal fats, then protein from lean meats, and lastly eat carbs. I'm surprised that you love eating raw solid vegetables, as they're not usually too tasty when raw.
The one thing that helped me to get rid of my chronic fatigue, early on in my diet, were cutting out all raw-dairy. I would definitely recommend that you ditch the dairy completely as it's so unhealthy a food, plus it's the most addictive raw food as it contains opioids in it.
You might also consider eating just 1 very large (high-fat)meal a day in the evenings - at first, it's very difficult to sustain but quickly becomes a habit if maintained. This IF routine isn't recommended if you suspect you have any gland-related issues such as adrenal fatigue etc.
Whichever country you're based in, you should be able to find a decent farm selling grassfed/organic meat, if you look hard enough online. The US has online farm-websites like Slanker's or NorthStar Bison etc., plus there are a number of online grassfed directories such as www.eatwild.com for finding grassfed meat farms in your local region. Other countries will have the same sort of resources. Most people find it easier to order direct from farms getting deliveries sent direct to their home, but I prefer ordering my raw meats from local farmers' markets.
If you really can't get hold of any organ-meats at all(unlikely, IMO) even after trying for ages, then I would suggest looking for fatty meats like mutton - it's nowhere near as good as eating suet or marrow, as regards lowering one's appetite, but they are a necessary substitute.
Can't give you a timeline for recovery as fatigue can be due to multiple causes, and everyone differs. In my own case, it took me c.4 months to get rid of the chronic fatigue, after getting rid of the dairy.
