Hey
Many people report losing weight after transitioning to raw, but unfortunately for me I've lost too much weight. I need to gain about 10 kg. I do regular weight lifting (no cardio) and try to increase calories (i don't count, I just eat until I'm full). But i'm finding it soo hard to gain weight. I was considering adding carbs in the form of white rice and eat that with loads of butter every day.
What would you recommend? I know the simple answer is to eat as many calories as possible but it can be really hard as too much fat sometimes makes me ill (my diet is roughly 80% fat 20% protein by the way). please help! being underweight is really affecting my mood, happiness and strength :(

Going very low-carb/zero-carb virtually always leads to weight-loss, sooner or later.

Well, there are various ways such as building up muscle via extreme exercise. A more realistic option would be to include a lot more (raw) carbs such as fruits/vegetables in the diet. I notice that I pile on the pounds if I eat too many foods like raw bananas, for example. Since zero-carb reduces appetite and carbs increase one's appetite, this should work.

One every effective way to lose weight is to consume raw dairy, but this I heavily recommend against. This tends to involve an unhealthy kind of  weight-gain(ie bloating/water-retention etc.) and is just nowhere near  as healthy as raw carbs. I was 20-25 kilos overweight as a result of raw-dairy/pasterusied dairy consumption at various points in my life, and it was a living hell.

Have you already passed through the initial adaptation stage as regards going zero-carb? It's well known that there is a period of several weeks, in which the body takes time to adjust to going zero-carb - during this period, it's very common to feel like death, until your body adapts.

I have been 8 years on a 99%+ raw version of the Palaeolithic Diet and experienced numerous health benefits as a result, being fully recovered from my previous symptoms from my cooked-food days. My own individualised raw, paleolithic diet routine is mostly based on Aajonus Vonderplanitz's Primal Diet(ie 99% raw, usage of "high-meat",no processed supplements, using primarily naturally-reared, organic or wild sources of raw foods) but, for personal reasons, I have also been, to some extent, influenced by ideas from:- Instincto(ie:- taste/instinct,no raw dairy/no raw veggie juice), Weston-Price(eg: preferring grassfed meat to grainfed meat, incorporating a wide variety of raw organ-meats into my diet along with the usual muscle-meats, and Vilhjalmur Stefansson(high-fat diet, pretty high proportion of (raw) animal food), but also eating some raw carbohydrates such as raw organic/wild fruit/veg/honeycomb etc.). I'm also a firm believer in the feast-and-famine idea (ie Intermittent Fasting) as regards boosting one's energy levels, and giving my body a rest from constant digestion.
