Question
Hello,

I was just wondering what will happen to my body...

I'm taking protein supplements with creatine and stay towards the 1700kcal a day.

Morning : 2 Yogurt 35kcal, banana, honey, Oatmeal...

Snack with 1 fruit.

Lunch : Sandwich (borwn bread, pastramie, 1 slice of cheese) or a TV diner (300 calories)

Snack with 1 fruit.

Try to eat a whole brocoli during the day.

Diner : Small Plate of anything low carb, high protein

Before Workout : Creatine + Protein shake ( 200kcal, 60g protein)

After Workout : Protein Shake (200kcal, 60g Protein)

I was wondering what will happen to my body? I know I'll loose fat but will I gain muscle too?

I'm overweight so I guess my body will take the energy from my stored fat?

My goal here is to lose fat... I don't care if I don't gain muscles. I keep away from the potatoes, pasta and breads...

I'm doing 5x times a week at the gym with 1 group muscle each day(chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs)(Don't want to argue with this, I love this training :P) with little cardio, maybe 10mins a day of INTENSE running before the workout.

Thanks.

Answer
What happens to your body depends on your starting height, weight, and fitness level... you could lose weight, gain weight, or change shape on this regimen. What matters most for fat loss is the total number of calories, carbs, and exercise. Without knowing your stats, I don't know how many calories you should be eating, so I can't tell you if this diet will work for you.
Your exercise regimen is fine. If you want to lose weight faster, you can add a second 10 minute run after your weight routine.
