Question
Respected Sir, I am 24 yrs from India,Asia.
My problem is that I am underweight since my adulthood.
Relevant Details are- Height = 5 ft 9in  Weight = 55 kgs Pure-veg (not even eggs), Good Appetite & Health
I have come to know that I am a hardgainer because my BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate) is very high. In other words, I have a fast matabolism. Please provide me information about how to gain weight with this fast metabolism or are there any herbs/medicines or other treatment to decrease this high metabolic rate. The key to weight is your nature. The metabilism rate is merely and explanation for low body weight. You may be aware the Indian Scriptures describe the nature of man as Satvik(Nature of Truth), Rajsik (Nature of Passion) and Tamsik (Nature of Darkness). The body of weight is closely related to your rajsik nature. So the low body weight means that you have no passion, no desire in life. It may be because you are too idealistic (Satvik) or too much negative or inactive. The key is to change is to develop passion for life.

You can develop passion by loving the world and people. Make more friends, enjoy your life, make big goals for life and strive to achieve it. You will then notice the change.
