Hi
I am 21/ approaching 22 years old and wanted some basic advise really.
around 16 years old i was 12 stones and 5 lbs. thats equiv to 175 lbs and on atkins i pushed it down to 140 pounds 10 stones.
now i didnt follow it as such and now i am 13 stones and couple pounds. 186/187
im quite short for my age only 5 ft 4 inches.

however around 17-18 i started doing weight lifting (only) and ma arm muscles are quite big that if i tense them they look big and looks like i have been working out.

based on information i have provided what would you recommend for me to 1- maintain my weight and 2- aid weight loss.
i am not lazy but due to hectic life style i hardly get time to work out and hense atkins was perfect for me

Are you male or female?
I would recommend getting your body fat tested, or if you could give me your measurements (chest, waist, hips) I could have a better idea.  It is important to determine how much body fat you are carrying to know if your weight is healthy or not.
