Expert: Chef Jenny Ross - 9/29/2009

Question
hello, i recently finished an 8 week cycle of trenbolone acetate and i feel as though my natural testosterone levels have been supressed; even though i did a complete pct with clomid and nolvadex.  i just feel really weak and a lack of motivation and manliness. i need some rage back for when i hit the gym. do you know of any foods that can help supplement my diet to naturally increase my testosterone levels?

Answer
Maca Root- Take 2 tbsp in your shake in the morning and 2 more in the afternoon if you'd like- Maca Root is naturally hormone stimulating for men-

Bee Pollen- Also Hormone Stimulating for men and is a complete protein- 1 Tbsp at a time should od it in a smoothie or with Orange Juice

Raw Chocolate- This is straight up raw chocolate- it can be found in a powder and it doesn't have any of the negative side effects of the dairy or sugars

Supergreens- This is any good green powder blend- look for those with land and sea greens like spirulina and chlorella- Naturally stimulating and creates an endorphin reaction in the body stimulating all major systems-

For a real crazy boost try this smoothie:

1 Banana
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Maca Root
1 Tbsp Bee Pollen
2 Tbsp Raw Chocolate (cacao)
1 Tbsp Sugergreens (greens powder of any kind)
Sweeten with 1 Tbsp Agave Nectar (low glycemic sweetener to eliminate sugar spike!)
Blend with Water and Fresh Berries of Choice (Blueberries are best)

Hope this helps if you need additional information please feel free to email me at jenny@shop118degrees.com

Peace and Blessings
Chef Jenny
