Special Diets/Gluten?

I found out I have a non-celiac gluten sensitivity with a dna test, after an inflammatory response test hit on wheat.  My doctor told me all GRAINS have gluten, including rice, but not potatoes.  But the gluten molecules are different with different grains, and I was tested for wheat.  I was on a grain free diet and I lost 10 lbs, after being unable to lose weight on a 1200 calorie diet, but as soon as we reintroduced rice to my diet, my weight loss stalled.  So I am going grain free until I reach my weight loss goals, then I will have rice ocassionally.
