Special Diets/HOW TO LOSE MUSCLES HELP
So, I have a problem. I have been doing athletics for like 7 years or something and my legs and ams are muscular. I do not want them to be! :( My weight is normal right now, but I really want to lose muscles. What should I do?
The only way I know of to "lose muscle" is to stop using the muscles - remain inactive.
That is generally considered very bad for your health, so why would you want to do that?
Whatever your reason, I recommend that you check with your personal physician regarding this course of action.
