For me to stay fit for the army I decided to keep my body on a strict eating rule and I don't eat breakfast because of school and loose a lot of weight..it helps loose weight so I stuck to it is this bad?
Your commitment to keeping your weight under control is definitely a good thing.
In general, most experts do NOT recommend skipping breakfast as a means of weight control. Better to eat controlled portions of healthy foods at regular intervals than to skip meals.
As far as your own individual needs, your own doctor is the best one to consult with about that.
The answers would depend upon your current weight and overall health, and any special needs or circumstances regarding your own health.
Everyone is different, and there is no single "weight goal" (measured in pounds) for everyone.
