Question
Hello ,  I have been on a diet for two months and have lost 12 pounds i was 150lbs and after that weight loss 138lbs, I was still going at it but i still had 10lbs to lose off mostly my lower stomach, that part of my body has always been a spot that i could never lose, maybe because i always was wearing low rise jeans pretty tight to. But my question was how do i get rid off that lower belly fat i would think thats the first place fat would come off, i have been off my dite but i really wanna go back on because i have gained more when i first started my dite do you have any advice and is green tea good for a dite
  1: i'm female my age 15" my height 5'5 weight now 152lbs
2:a lot of food stuff that is very unheathly
3:very lilttle just the 10 minute walk with my dog
   4; no medical problems

Answer
Ashley,
Sounds to me like you know exactly what you need to do. You just admitted that you're eating unhealthy food and exercising very little. If you want a flat belly, you need to change both of those. There's no magic pill or potion. Weight loss takes time and effort, but the sooner you start, the sooner you finish!
