Developed the Banta Diet program based on macronutrient balance using the Wilder's formula (1922). I granted the non-exclusive reprint rights to the current owner of BantaDiet.com under the condition of free online access to the program.

Question
My husband needs to lose weight of possibly 40 pounds.  I need to gain weight of possibly 5-10.  How do I prepare meals and start an exercise program that will address both our needs?

Hello,

In fact, it isn't that difficult because the difference can be rather quantitive than qualitative (unless you want to gain fat, not muscle, which I doubt)

The problem is, how do  you choose a plan. Without knowing your food preferences, dieting history, fitness level, and health condition(s) I cant give you a concrete advice.

Another thing: it shouldn't be a one-time, quick fix advice, it has to be an educational process. So, here are three sources you might want to consider that indeed offer educational approach to your problem and which I  personally trust - I'm giving you URLs to take a look.
