Question What kind of results are coming from people on The Sonoma Diet? Is there any nutritional deficiencies in this diet? Are any of our main food groups/vitamins/minerals being left out? Are there any side effects?
Answer Dear Kursula,
I don't know of too many results on Sonoma diet, but what I know sounds encouraging. People reporting losing up to 10 pounds in three weeks while not feeling deprived.
It's a diet with a strong scientific backup so unlike Atkins, it hasn't to wait until clinical trials come up with pro or contra results. It's all about healthy eating habits, healthy cooking, and healthy foods, emphasizing fresh produce and wine. As far as I'm concerned, only "bad" food groups are left out. Never heard of any side effects.
