My name is Aviral. My height is 5'7" and weight is 70 kg , waist size is 32cm
The problem with me is that i gain weight very fast.
Till last year i used to play serious sports and my wieght used to be in control. But now because of a serious back and knee injury i can't play.
I am gain weight and feel my stomach coming out .
Is there a good diet plan with which i can keep everything in control.
Answer Dear Aviral,
Sorry it took me so long to reply. The Matter is, I attempted to answer your question ant thought it was successful, now I see it didn't upload properly.
The fact of your stomach reacting to your decreased activity first can indicate that you need to cut down on carbohydrates.
As to your injuries, there are possibilities to work out your upper body in supine position sparing your back and, of course, swimming is a must in your situation!
Please take a look at our program at http://bantadiet.com and feel free to contact us directly from there using the Contact link on the bottom of any page.
We have special suggestions for upper body strength exercises with demos and our meal plans are flexible depending on how your body responds to the diet.
