sir, i am 165 cm tall and weighing 130 pounds. initially i was  140 pounds. i reduced 10 pounds in a month. but i could not cut fat around belly.is belly fat related  calorie intake? i am not worried about weight. but please help me to reduce belly fat. i mean can i make flat belly without shedding pounds. and why is that i reduced 10 pounds yet could not reduce  waist size.or can I reduce fat around particular area like belly? please help me regarding this
