Special Diets - hcg

Question
I'm reading Kevin Trudeau's book, The Weigh Loss Cure, and I am interested in taking hcg injections.  What do you think about hcg?  Can I give myself the injections?  What about purchasing it from Europe?

Answer
Sharon,
The reason HCG is illegal is that it is highly dangerous. Fortunatley, there's a proven, natural method to raise your body's own HCG levels tenfold-exercise. Injections are totally unecessary.
Also, Kevin Trudeau has spent several years in jail for fraud and racketeering. He has no medical training. In addition to "Natural Cures" and the "Weight Loss Cure", Kevin Trudeau has sold books that:
1. teach you to speed read
2. improve your memory
3. help you overcome gambling addictions
4. grow back hair
In fact, Trudeau has been sued so many times for false advertising and misleading claims that the government has actually permanently banned him from selling any product, ever, on TV or radio. That's when he started writing books instead of selling pills on infomercials.
This guy is dangerous, and I'd strongly encourage you to read other, more reliable sources for your health information. Good websites are www.webmd.com, or for diet and nutrition help, try www.sparkpeople.com.
Good luck!
Melissa
