I can help people who want to eat CARBS and still lose weight. A balanced approach to weight loss (all food groups). Also I can recommend calorie levels for weight loss based on weight, height, age and gender. I am also hear to remind you WAIT to get on that scale, the weight loss doesn't always show up after 3 days. Stick with it!
