Question
I am a 25 year old mother of two.  I work full time and have a family so I am very very busy.  I go non-stop.  I am five feet tall and weigh 173 lbs. so needless to say, I need to loose weight.  I want to loose about 55 lbs.  I am having trouble because I have very little will power.  I am lucky because I have a great metabolism, but I just can't seem to take off this excess baby weight.  I have never had trouble with my weight before.  I could eat what I want, when I want and never worry.  I can still do that, but I just can't take off what I gained having my son from both being pregnant and from having to take fertility pills to get pregnant.  So my question is, what would be the best diet for me to follow and how many times a week should I excercise.  What would be the best time of day to excercise?  Another problem I have is my husband is extremely thin, so I can't buy nothing but diet food to keep in the house and if the other junk food is there, then I want to eat it.  How do I get around that?  Are there any really good weight loss supplements either prescription or non-prescription that would help me out?  Please help.  Thank you and have a great day!

Answer
Hello Misty,

As an author of a diet program I naturally tend to advise on considering it. We have very good results exactly with people admitting a lack of willpower because our plan works automatically switching not only metabolic rate but metabolic pathways from using carbs to using fats mostly the body fat.

It includes detailed exercise guidance. Take a look at it at:

As to your supplement question, it's a good one. I personally tried them all but finally realized I could do without if I do rotation (you'll find it in the maintenance plan) including fruit fasts and have my daily probiotics.
