Answer Hi Mary Jane,
Victoria has a very close friend from years back who is a make up artist and who she uses most of the time. Her name is Maria Louise Featherstone. But obviously at shoots the magazine or TV or whatever usually use their own people unless Victoria specifically ask that Maria do it.
She gets her extensions done at Connect in London but has gone to another place that begins with an A and I forget the name! But Connect is the main one I think.
It is russian hair that they use.
