Question
Hi Alan- Not sure if this is a fair question or not. I am looking for a product that
I can't seem to find anymore. It was a yeast-based product call "Maya Maize"
that was used as a popcorn seasoning. I usually found it in local health food
stores. Don't know if might you have any recipes for something like this.

Well that is a tough one. Maya Maize is made by Nile Foods out of Boulder Colorado. I found a list of products with Maya Maize on the list that is stocked by a company called Bear Foods Market but I could not find the location of that store. I suggest one of two things. Contact Nile foods in Boulder or give some idea of taste and I will try to duplicate it.
