There are several possible causes for swelling feet in a spinal cord injured person. One cause could be a medication side effect.

An excellent site for information regarding spinal cord injuries and living with them is the CareCure site, www.carecure.org.  Several spinal cord injury nurses are regular contributors in the forums there, providing answers to questions, along with the many spinal cord injury patients who post there regularly.
