Rona, I have been experiencing erectile dysfunction and lower libido over the last several years and my concerns about it are increasing, especially since my last girlfriend ended our romantic relationship primarily because of my inability to perform (even on Viagra). She told me it is physiological and suggested that I run more and do sit ups for better circulation. It does feel like something is "blocked" because my mind is willing, but my body is not getting excited (enough)during intimacy. Can you advise me?

Thank you for your question.  I've been pondering it the last couple of days and here is all I'm getting for you:

The energy in your core region feels 'empty'.  Somewhere between the age of 6 and 8 (closer to 8), something occurred for you where you 'gave yourself away', if that makes sense.  Gave away your power, the confidence in yourself, fear of someone...  But I'm not getting anything clear after that.

When your ed began, what was happening in your life at that time and what does it remind you of when you were 8?  This is also affecting your career.

If it was a physical issue, then Viagra would work.  I'm saying it's psychological rather than physiological for you.

I'm not sure if I can cover this in an email, and you may not feel complete with my answer, but we'll give it a go.  First, think of that memory.  Then pretend you, as an adult, go back and take care of the issue for that little 8 year old boy.  Then, re-pattern how you reacted throughout the rest of your life with ways that you could have prevented those negative things from affecting you.

You need to take yourelf back--take back your confidence, and your ability to have a joyful life.  This healing is something I do with clients often, but you probably need someone to help guide and direct you through this--is there anyone in your area whom you can go to that does emotional healing work?  I would recommend that for you.  You need a 'boost'. :)
