I am well versed in late stage rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, and identifying and correcting movement dysfunctions. I'm an expert in corrective exercise and performance training.

Experience
I've been involved in soft tissue therapy and sport performance work since 2005, and have worked with athletes both healthy and injured in that time period to optimize recovery and prevent injury relapse using an amalgam of movement and soft-tissue techniques.
