Sports Medicine/What Do I Do Now?

My potassium levels are perfect.
I have supposedly "the best" type of shoes.
I have arch supports. That were not cheap.
I still get killer, and I cannot stress the word enough, cramps in my arches in both feet. But the right foot is the worst.
I stretch and roll my foot on cans, on ice packs.
My health insurance is not the best, so the Podiatrist is going to be quite the feat.
What are my options if any?
I am honestly trying everything I can to get back to healthy.
I can overcome my EA Active nunchuks not working. I just simply wing them across the room.
But I MUST get cardio in to be successful.
And right now, I'm just simply at a complete loss as to what I can do.
Any thoughts?
I welcome them all.

Hi Carice- plantar fasciitis sounds like what you're dealing with, - usually orthotics & stretching & what you have done is in right direction. About 10-15% of these arch, heel problems are resistant.
1. Custom orthotics should be comfortable- adjustment might be indicated
2. Seeing physical therapist can help- ultra sound, massage, proper exercise --acupuncture helpful
3. Anti-inflammatory medicine can help-- if indicated POSSIBLE cortisone injection
4. Diagnostic ultra sound test can examine arch -fascia for thickening or possible micro tears
While treating problem, you can get cardio with bike, rowing machine, elliptical etc.-- -- check those orthotics!-- hope this helps.. Dr. Bob Weil
