Question
My elbows f'ed up and i need to know why.

Answer
Hi Korryn- With the limited info you provide, sounds like you need a diagnosis. Is this something that happened after aggressive activity for example or a condition that has been ongoing. Seeing Orthopaedist is smart move to get that opinion of what's going on but also what treatment would be best. Joint inflammation, tendinitis, ligament damage or injury all possibilities. Back off sports or golf, take some oral anti inflammatory meds like ibuprophen for 3-5 days, do some ice applications ( if this is new- heat if it's older than 5 days old). Best move-- get evaluated by Doc.. Hope this helps.. Dr. Bob Weil
