Question
Hi Ryan Wantz,
How are you?  I am not sure if you are the right person I should be talking to, but I just thought it wouldn't hurt to try.  My younger brother who is 18 years old is currently 5'7", and he wants to be able to growth taller.  Recently, he has found many Web sites online that sell pills for height increase.  I am wondering if those it is safe to take those pills.  Also, is there anything a person who is 18 years old can do to continue growing vertically?  Thanks in advance!

Answer
Victor,
I do not consider those pills to be safe.  You can see your doctor, but as far as growth is concerned, you are what you are.  I do not consider there to be any reasonable, safe solution for height.  Talk to your doctor.  Hope this helps.
Ryan
