Expertise
Please note: I will answer questions regarding value of cards. I cannot make this a trading card "price guide lookup service" as that would not be fair or ethical in regards to the trading card pricing magazines. When asking about specific cards, please include the name of the card company, year, and card # if possible. I can answer questions about: Baseball cards (1970's to present) Basketball cards (1980's to present) Football cards (1980's to present) Nascar racing cards (1980's to present) Sports memorabilia in the 4 areas listed above.

Question
I have two Fran Takenton cards both are in mint condition one of them is a signed "Georgia Finest" college card  that was produced as part of the Collegiate Collection in 1989.  The other is I believe a 1962 2nd year card.  It is a Topps card.  Any ides of the values of these cards.

Answer
Scot,

A 1962 Topps Fran Tarkenton is actually his rookie card (#90) and it is worth $225 in the book. His second year card (1963 Topps) card #98 list for $60.

I cant find any sales info or value for the "Georgia Finest" card as many cards are produced and never listed in Beckett or Tuff Stuff.  How much did you pay for this card or how was it obtained?

Hope this helps,

-Jon
