Question I found the following cards while cleaning out my sons room. He will be home from college soon. Can you tell me approximately what they are worth?
1. Kobe Bryant, Play Makers (in the upper left corner) Upper Deck Collectibles, All Star 2001, Number AS-4.
2. Shaquille O'Neal, Play Makers (Same as above)
Upper Deck Collectibles, All Star 2001, Number AS-3.
He has tons of sports trading cards. Can you suggest a cost effective method for appraising the collection? We live in San Jose, CA. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with any card shops in the San Jose area but the best place I find that you can obtain the value of sportscards is going to tuffstuff.com and utilize their price guides and forums.
The value of your cards would be less than $1 each. It's unfortunate that during these years, card companies made "millions" of these type of cards and part of value is scarcity.
