The infromation that I need is:
Year - What year was the card made (look on the back of the card in the fine print.
Card number - look on the back of the card and in on of the corners you will find and card number (could be just a number or numbers and letters)
With this information I can give you the answer that you are looking for and an estimated value. I have a card that I think is similar to yours...see attached pic to verify.
