I have a friend who has some cards that may be worth something but he wants to pay for an appraisal from a reputable appraiser. He lives in Fontana, CA and works in Fullerton, CA. Can you recommend someone in the area?

Is this an appraisal for insurance/collateral purposes or just for your own knowledge?

There is a bi-weekly card show in Walnut, CA (not too far from Fontana) called "Frank and Sons".  They have been in business for quite a number of years.  I had a display store/booth on their show floor for 6 years.  All the dealers there are long established and very reputable.  It's off the 210.  I'll mail you back with directions.

If it's the latter, I live in Fullerton and can give you an accurate appraisal as well as tell you the best way to get the most money from your collection, should you want to sell it.
